Q. Should I work exclusively with one recruiter?
A. You can, but you will miss out on reqs handled exclusively by other recruiters. No two recruiters are working with the same set of reqs. Especially avoid any recruiter who discourages job seekers from making vigorous efforts on their own behalf.
